Rinkov, a lifelong Buckeye who grew up in Columbus and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University in 1973. Dr. Rinkov fueled the companyâ?(TM)s growth by carrying out his philosophy that each patient be treated as he would like to be treated.
